Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch your goods within 1 to 3 business days from our fulfillment center. In certain situations, the dispatch time could take up to 5 business days.

We use Australia Post for our standard delivery option. Once dispatched from our warehouse, your order should typically arrive within 3 to 5 working days.

Alternatively, express shipping is available for an additional fee. Your order should arrive within 1 to 4 working days.

For New Zealand customers, standard shipping generally takes 4 to 7 business days, and express shipping 2 to 5 business days. In some cases, delivery may take longer.

Once your orders are posted, Arozen will not be liable if your item goes missing or is damaged during transit. We will package your orders with care to withstand any rough handling during transit. While we may assist you in the event of damaged or missing orders, we are not liable or obligated to replace an order that has gone missing or been damaged during transit.
